Advertising Sales Manager
Day to day, what’s the role?
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading our prestigious automotive advertising sales portfolio to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will have proven sales leadership skills, and a track record of driving business growth, an interest in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.

What skills do I need?
- Great organisational, time management and planning skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience of working in fast paced environment
- Background in a publishing, content or marketing desirable
- Comfortable and confident in liaising with all people at all levels
- Willingness to learn to be the best at what you do
- Full driving licence preferred
What’s the tough stuff?
- Supporting multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Ensuring that we consistently exceed client’s expectations
- This is a deadline driven role, so great time management is a must
Where will I be based?
Our head office is in Norwich, but we are agile with 2 set days in the office.
What’s the package?
- Full time permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Salary from £24k dependant on experience, plus commission
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
