Client Account Administrator (Norwich)

Your main focus will be to assist and support the Account Managers and Directors with the running of their client accounts.  This will include invoicing clients and approving supplier invoices for payment, updating weekly status reports, helping to prepare project timelines and budgets as well as developing an excellent working relationship with internal teams, clients and external suppliers as necessary.  You will work with the team to ensure that all products and services are delivered on time, to the required specification and in line with budgets and the client’s expectations.

Working with the Head of Operations, the operations co-ordinator will assist with the management of a variety of print and digital projects across the agency. Responsible for booking in all print and distribution across the portfolio with our network of suppliers.

Client Account Administrator

Day to day, what’s the role?

What skills do I need? 

  • Experience of working in fast paced environment 
  • Background in a publishing, content or marketing desirable  
  • Good organisational and planning skills 
  • Comfortable and confident in liaising with all people at all levels 
  • Willingness to learn to be the best at what you do 
  • Full driving licence  

What’s the tough stuff? 

  • Supporting multiple projects and tasks at the same time 
  • Ensuring that project information including timelines and budgets are always up to date  
  • Ensuring that we consistently exceed client’s expectations  

Where will I be based? 

This role is based in our Norwich office with the opportunity for agile working after qualifying period. 

What’s the package?

  • Full time permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 
  • Salary £20k - 22k dependant on experience 
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

Operations Co-ordinator

Day to day, what’s the role? 

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be assisting with the management of print and digital projects across the agency. Covering our whole portfolio, your role will be to ensure that clients, suppliers and internal teams are co-ordinated to deliver projects to specification, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for helping with all aspects of project planning and delivery, communicating and liaising with all relevant parties and carrying out all administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible approach to resolve issues – ability to identify and suggest improvements
  • Full driving licence

What’s the tough stuff? 

  • Keeping on top of multiple projects at one time and having your finger on the pulse
  • Making the numbers add up, understanding the commercials and keeping on top of costs
  • Bringing everything together whilst balancing the expectations of our clients and suppliers

Where will I be based? 

This full-time role will be based in our office in Norwich, with the opportunity for agile working after qualifying period.

What’s the package?

  • Full time, Monday to Friday mainly but occasional out of hours working required
  • Salary up to £22,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
