Client Account Administrator (Norwich)

Your main focus will be to assist and support the Account Managers and Directors with the running of their client accounts.  This will include invoicing clients and approving supplier invoices for payment, updating weekly status reports, helping to prepare project timelines and budgets as well as developing an excellent working relationship with internal teams, clients and external suppliers as necessary. You will work with the team to ensure that all products and services are delivered on time, to the required specification and in line with budgets and the client’s expectations.

Content Editor (Norwich)

You will be required to plan, write and deliver word-perfect copy for a wide variety of clients for digital and print projects. You will produce effective digital content for a range of web, email and social media projects, handling multiple clients at once and carefully planning and managing the content production in order to meet client briefs and timelines. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders to confirm briefs and manage copy amends and sign offs.

Client Account Administrator

Day to day, what’s the role?

What skills do I need? 

  • Experience of working in fast paced environment 
  • Background in a publishing, content or marketing desirable  
  • Good organisational and planning skills 
  • Comfortable and confident in liaising with all people at all levels 
  • Willingness to learn to be the best at what you do 
  • Full driving licence  

What’s the tough stuff? 

  • Supporting multiple projects and tasks at the same time 
  • Ensuring that project information including timelines and budgets are always up to date  
  • Ensuring that we consistently exceed client’s expectations  

Where will I be based? 

This role is based in our Norwich office with the opportunity for agile working after qualifying period. 

What’s the package?

  • Full time permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 
  • Salary £20k - 22k dependant on experience 
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

Content Editor

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders to confirm briefs and manage copy amends and sign offs, and you will work with the team to ensure that all products and services are delivered on time, to the required specification and in line with budgets and the client’s expectations. The broad scope of the role means that you will be building emails and populating content using content management systems, as well as writing and commissioning articles for print, working in InDesign to fine tune copy, write headlines and sub edit copy, and even contributing to a social media content planner – the work is certainly wide-ranging!

What skills do I need? 

  • Degree in Content/Marketing/Journalism or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a media or marketing agency on a variety of content marketing projects and products
  • Creative writing experience, including writing in a variety of styles and tones of voice
  • Sub-editing and proof-reading experience
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplined team and producing content for delivery across multiple marketing channels
  • Experience of effectively managing constantly shifting deadlines and priorities and coping well under pressure
  • An understanding of the importance of content to brands’ overall objectives
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practice
