Dialogue has more than a decade of practical email campaign knowledge, carried out on behalf of many of our clients including globally recognised brands. One of these is Harley-Davidson’s Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), the largest manufacturer-sponsored motorcycle club in the world.
Our email campaign work for H.O.G. involves monthly content-led newsletters, user-journey activated membership and renewal programmes, bespoke emails to promote products and events, surveys, member training and very closely targeted senior membership/influencer updates.
We have worked globally on this project, with more than 16 languages supported including the Americas (US English, South American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese), Canadian French and English, all major European languages, plus Chinese and Japanese in APAC and more by request. We also source and produce content across these territories.

We work as a trusted partner within Harley-Davidson’s own email and CRM eco-system, allowing us to access right-up-to-date target segments and by using email automation that places the right content, in the right language, with the right segment, we efficiently use the data to regularly contact as many members as possible with relevant content.
Consistently high opening rates of more than 50 per cent for member communications demonstrates how engaged this community is.
