Meet the team
Great content and campaigns are never one discipline. It is the combination of sharp strategy, standout craft and rigorous performance thinking – and that takes the right people. Our team spans planning, editorial, digital, creative, commercial solutions, production and client leadership, giving you depth where it counts and breadth where it helps.
Across the team, we specialise in print and digital magazines, email and CRM, website content, design, photography and video. For social, we can support both content creation and day-to-day channel management, including planning, scheduling, posting and reporting. When a brief calls for specialist knowledge or extra capacity, we also draw on a trusted network of contributors we’ve worked with for years, bringing in the right expertise while keeping quality and consistency high.

The Content Team
Great work starts with a strong story. Our Content Team plans, commissions, writes and edits across magazines, digital channels and thought leadership, keeping tone of voice consistent and standards high. Led by our Head of Content, Cathy Wood, the team are as comfortable shaping content strategy as they are writing and refining copy at the final stage.
The Design Team
This is where craft becomes visible. Our Design Team turns ideas into premium, considered work across print and digital, from page layout and art direction to illustration and photography. The team is led by Head of Design, Nicola Preston, and they work closely with the content and digital team’s so that the story and the look always work together.
The Digital Team
When content needs to arrive at the right time, in the right format and for the right person, our Digital Team makes it happen. Led by Mark Ovens, Head of Digital, the team builds and optimises websites and landing pages, as well as email campaigns and CRM journeys. They use automation and personalisation where it adds value, and track performance through analytics and reporting to keep improving results. The team also plans and runs paid and organic social campaigns.
The Client Services Team
Led by Mel Vince, Client Services lead day-to-day relationships with our clients, bringing responsiveness, empathy, proactive problem-solving and deep product knowledge to all our projects. They act as the bridge between our clients and the agency, ensuring expectations are managed and goals are met. They apply strategic thinking to our clients objectives and helps shape the best route from idea to outcomes, keeping everything moving with clarity and care. From practical plans, to coordinating the right specialists, Client Services provide confident project leadership, so work lands on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard.
The Commercial Solutions Team
Commercialisation works best when it adds genuine value, which is why our Commercial Solutions Team builds partnerships and advertising that feel relevant to the audience and right for the brand. Led by Dan Edison, they help shape propositions, match partners to the right environments and keep delivery and expectations clear. Drawing on deep sector knowledge, including extensive experience in premium and luxury, they know how to strike the balance between commercial return and brand integrity. The team is built on relationships, transparency and performance.
The Operations and Finance Team
Our Operations and Finance Team is led by Katherine Berryman, Operations Director and Martin Wright, Finance Director and keeps the business running well behind the scenes, so client work can run smoothly out front. From training, HR, health and safety, data, compliance and process to budgeting, invoicing and credit control, they bring structure, support and attention to detail.
